Terms of Agreement for Go Bike Israel Tours

  1. Carefully read the information presented on the website and review the details of each of the travel packages. Check the nature of each track offered so that your choice of tours will be well-suited to your expectations. Contact us to reconfirm that the dates and packages are valid for the time suited to you.
  2. Fill out the registration form and send it to us via email. Be sure to attach a copy of the insurance package that you purchased, signed and authorized by the insurance company and including the additional clause for extreme sports activities / mountain biking.
  3. Upon registration, your credit card will be charged 30% of the package cost. When the registration process has been completed, your credit card will be charged for the remainder of the cost and you will receive confirmation of payment in full.
  4. The final date for completion of payment is sixty (60) days before the trip.
  5. If payment is not made in full by the required date, the company has the right to cancel the reservation and return the initial down payment, while deducting the cancellation fees as described in this document.
  6. Requests to change trip dates will be considered if request is placed at least eight weeks before the originally scheduled date. In such cases, Go Bike Israel will make every effort to comply if possible.
  7. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent via email. The Company will then confirm the cancellation request by return email. Only a written confirmation of cancellation request will authenticate receipt of the request.
  8. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund made as follows:
    • A 70% refund of payment will be issued for cancellations made up to 45 days before scheduled trip.
    • A 50% refund of payment will be issued for cancellations made between 30-45 days before scheduled trip.
    • A 25% refund of payment will be issued for cancellations made between 15-30 days before scheduled trip.
    • A 10% refund of payment will be issued for cancellations made between 8-15 days before scheduled trip.
    • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 8 days before the scheduled trip.
  9. The final cost of the trip will be set on the date that the reservation is made. The Company reserves the right to update the package prices as publicized on the website from time to time, in accordance with the fluctuation of service cost indexes.
  10. The Company will make every effort to provide all aspects of the package as offered and publicized on the company’s website. However, since the trips are posted several months in advance, slight changes may occur. The Company will make every effort to notify participants about these changes immediately. (Examples of slight changes: Accommodations at a different hotel, an insignificant change in the daily trip route, etc.)
